Happiness in relationships

Many people associate happiness with money and many people associate it with relationships. They do not understand that they will not feel happy in their relationships as long as they are not happy themselves. Relationship problems are increasing rapidly and the main reason behind this is that we expect too much from the other person. We hope that they make us feel happy. We lie in our minds like, ‘If our partner buys us a dress, we will be happy’ or ‘If our partner is planning a surprise for us, then we will be happy’. This problem is not only with the couple but it is with each relationship whether it is a parental relationship or a sibling relationship or friendship.

Here are some facts below that can help you be happy:


Take care of yourself
Take care of yourself. Do not prioritize the other person over yourself and do not let him do the same. If you give too much priority to someone and you get nothing in return then you are preparing a recipe for your disappointment.

Get started
If you want to go somewhere, plan it yourself. Do not wait for your partner, parent or child to take you there. Let them know that they will like you if they come together. However there is no need to be disappointed if they refuse. Keep your plan going.


Give personal time
You need to give time to your partner and give your personal time to maintain a healthy relationship.

The conclusion
We set unrealistic expectations from other people in our lives and believe that if they truly love us, they will express it in the same way. This is almost certainly false. It only hurts relationships rather than doing any good. We need to understand that the only person who can make you feel really happy is yourself.

Beauty of Life

The real importance of the beauty of life is how much it holds value for others. A life spent helping others is much more valuable than a life spent in solitude. The importance of the true beauty of life lies in how it is spent for the care and help of others.The more the spread of love for others in life, the more beautiful it will be. Life is like a standing tree, facing the elements of nature, the birds and passersby, and it is more beautiful than a lonely man who keeps his eyes closed to those around him.

A human being can learn anything at any time. And unknowingly something new I have learned today.

Today After a long vacation, I sat down to write something, But perhaps it was happening for the first time that despite having so many things in mind, I was not able to write anything. So many questions, so many answers to those questions, lots of thinking and memories, and some untold things, Everything was going on in the mind, but still there was nothing to write.

I Was thinking something like this while sitting, then the phone rang, I picked up the phone and saw that a friend’s massage had come.By the way, I have very few friends with whom I talk, but she is a bit special, because she  also like to read and write like me. Seeing her massage, I asked her how much I am trying. I want to write so much but I am not able to write anything. She said dont worry,  it happens sometimes.

I said, it would have happened, but I used to write with such passion that it is not that my writing is over now. I felt sad, because this was the thing that used to make me happy, but now I am not able to do that either.

Then she said, maybe you are in “Writer’s block” condition, I felt a bit strange to hear, so I asked her what are these “Writer’s blocks”. Then explained to me that, this is a condition where The person who writes, that person cannot write for some time or his ability to write is reduced. and this is called “Writer’s block.”

This was the first time I heard that something like this happens, after talking to her, I searched Google and got information about many such conditions.

Then I realized how many conditions we have for humans, there are  some feelings and situation according to our every mood. If seen, human lives are very intersting, but if we want then only we can make it as much intersting. If we want, we can make 365 days of the year the best days of our lives. But if we try …

I got the solution of my writing block, but just think what mood you are in and how much intersting you can make it. Just try to be happy, the reason will be found automatically.

Do what comforts your soul

Comfort is that which is difficult to describe in words. It can only be felt. It is very important to be happy to live a good life but unfortunately happiness has vanished from the lives of most people. Different people have different ideas of happiness/comfort. Some people believe that it can be found in money, some people are in love then feel happy and some feel happiness and satisfaction when they do good work in professional life.

But it is often seen that people do not recognize that comfort of theirs.
Only we can understand what our comfort is from. Finding a purpose is a lifelong challenge, a lifelong struggle. A career choice isn’t necessarily going to give us that. Finding fulfillment in the things we do whether it be a career, hobby, charity, or just in our daily lives is what truly we should be “doing” with our lives.

In the easiest language, comfort means doing something that makes you happy, whether the situation is according to you or not.
And comfort is the only thing that can keep you tied to you irrespective of the situation. That is why if you know your comfort then do not let it get lost.

Time Is The Greatest Healer, But….!

Time is the greatest healer. This is a popular saying, but I believe that this is not completely correct. Time will do nothing for you if you do not use time properly.Time fills your wounds but, it is not the main motivation to move forward. After getting hurt, you have to try yourself to move forward in life.

It is not right to say that everything will be alright with time. Because time does not work with us, we move with time.When you leave the responsibility of your happiness and wounds on time, then you lose a lot. Because the purpose of time is not to give happiness or erase pain, memories or people. Rather, the purpose of time is to learn new people, new opportunities, and new experiences.Time and emotions should be controlled but they should not be stopped for long.

If you are doing everything to handle yourself but still not able to understand even after doing all this, whether you are going right with time or not. Then  notice that you are spending your day with regular routine or just trying to show that everything is fine.

I Learned that we should not get bored with regular routine. Regular routine means that everything is going well in our life. That’s why try that you should spend all your time in the way you like to spend. So that everything goes right in your life.

Look, Time heals nothing. Its what you do with that time that means everything.Try to control your time, believe it, by doing this, you will save yourself from unnecessary pain in future.

Nothing But the Truth..

There are two aspects of the truth, one that we want to see and one that we do not want to accept, but in reality that is the truth.

Throughout the life, we run from the reality, and by showing that artificial truth, we try to make ourselves appear true. And that is probably the biggest mistake in your life.Because by doing this you can only claim to be happy, or pretend to be happy but you cannot be happy.

We all have only one life, in that too you will spend worrying about others or thinking about others, then when will you live for yourself.

The biggest truth is that you are stopping your growth yourself. Then, whether it is about life or about relationships, you are unknowingly becoming your own enemy.The sooner you accept the truth, the sooner you will be able to move forward in life.And the longer you run from the truth, the longer it will take you to move forward in life.

Yes, I believe sometimes it is not so easy to accept reality and move on.
And see nothing is easy. Our heart is like the river water, which should always flow.And if it is stuck in someone, then it becomes difficult to get rid of it. But not impossible, because nothing is impossible.

Nothing but the truth is, Life is too short,  so love the people who treat you right, forget about the one who don’t, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Scientific Facts.

We learn many things in our everyday life. But we forget those things and forget them. Today I am going to tell you about some such scientific facts.To understand these facts, I have experienced all those things and I want to share these facts based on those experiences.


There are some things in our life that have a certain reason, but we do not try to know this. Today’s my blog is on the same scientific facts which may be some helpful for you.

1. Your subconscious mind has the answers to all your problems, if you tell your mind before sleeping that I want to get up at 6 am,it will wake you up at exactly 6 o’clock.
Actually, this has happened to me since childhood, I have never had the need for Alarm in my life till date. And now I have come to know that there are certain facts behind this,That if we ask our mind to do something, your brain will help you in it.


2. Never be an open book in life, no matter how close the next person is to you. Because in today’s genration no one is as true and good as we think.
Always learn to tell people as much as the people in front need to know.


3. If a person speaks less but speaks faster then it means that he is a person with a secret personality. Those who keep most things to themselves.
I am a very fast-talking person, so I have experienced this myself, and people who know me personally here will probably understand it better. 😜


4. If you have trouble sleeping, then open and close your eyes fast, doing this will make your eyelids tired and forced to sleep.
I am a person who can hardly sleep easily at night, so I have seen this by myself, and believe me, I have benefited greatly from this. If there are any of you who have trouble sleeping like me or do not sleep at night, then definitely try it once.


5. If you have to practice any good habit, but you are unable to put it. So that habit continued for 21 Days.
After 21 days, you will be forced to do that thing yourself.
I have a lot of habits in my life that started with 21 days formula, and still they are going on.
